The following questions were raised by me against SingleDebt, on behalf of a friend, during COVID 2020:

  1. To whom and how will you make the payments?
  2. How long will it take to settle the total outstanding debt? What if SingleDebt does not reach that deadline?
  3. Will you get an SMS/email for each payment SingleDebt does on your behalf to all the banks/lenders?
  4. What if SingleDebt misses a month’s payment?
  5. What if you are not happy with SingleDebt’s services? What’s the refund policy?
  6. Why will banks listen to SingleDebt? What if they don’t? What’s the guarantee? Will you be in the loop for all communication?
