2026 April 11: SureCart — Can’t Customize Payment Method Labels at Checkout
Payment methods show up with fixed titles and descriptions at checkout.
There’s no option to edit them — even though this is where users decide how they’ll pay.
So you’re stuck with whatever the processor decides to display. Works, but not flexible. Especially if you want cleaner (see the above image: Cards, Netbanking, Wallet & UPI appear twice) or more context-specific labels. For example, I can’t guide Indian users toward Razorpay for INR payments, or clarify what each option is best for.
Suggested fix: Allow custom titles and descriptions for each payment processor at checkout.
2026 April 11: SureCart — Currency Settings is Missing the Default Currency Control
Default currency exists — just not where you expect it.
It’s set under Store Settings → Store Currency, not in Currency Settings.
Which makes Currency Settings feel incomplete, even though the control technically exists.
Small disconnect, but it breaks the flow.
Suggested fix: Give users an option to change the default currency from the Currency Settings.
2026 April 11: SureCart — Duplicate Product Inherits Weird Pricing Label
Duplicated a product. Deleted the pricing name from the original. SureCart just swapped in the product title as the label. Looks fine in the editor, looks off at instant checkout.
Turns out that creating a new product has the same issue (see the image below): the product title is displayed as the pricing label. Looks weird if there are multiple pricing on the same product.
Suggested fix: Give users an option to hide the pricing label.
