My phone Motorola Moto g60 just died on me!

This Motorola Moto g60 cannot load Android. It shows the following image.

I could very easily perform a factory data reset as countless smartphone “repair and service” guys have suggested! But I need the data. 🙁

Is there anyone who could help me out with this? Thank you!
