One of the most basic features in a car is: if the fuel is way below, let’s say, 3%, there should be a continuous beep or some notification. What do the manufacturers (I am looking at you, Mahindra) give us instead? They give us ambient and roof lighting, they let us talk to Alexa, and ask it to sing us some songs while on our way to this wedding in the woods. Oh, I’m sure manufacturers do have that feature (now), but in the top-most variant for which we have to pay several lakhs more than the car that we needed.
